- Must have valid work authorization
- Must have experience as a Hands-On Sous Chef
- Must have experience writing menus and marketing
- Must have excellent knife skills
- Provides exceptional meals and service
- Front of the House customer service experience
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Must have experience with high-volume catering
- Must have experience with menu development
- Must know how to train staff
- Must pass the background check

- We focus on scratch cooking with quality ingredients
- Five-plus years of cooking experience is required
- Food Handlers' card is required
